, which is a component of St. Joe Club & Resorts
, is one of only 20 hotels in Florida to earn this honor.

Traditionally, St. Joe has only managed luxury homes and condominiums in its real estate developments of the WaterColor and WaterSound Beach communities, but began offering management services in November 2013 to homeowners in communities along the prestigious Highway 30A. Homeowners who choose St. Joe Club & Resorts to manage their vacation home may become members of St. Joe Club and Resorts, which will provide them and their rental guests access to amenities and benefits not offered by other vacation rental companies in the 30A area.
