, a new online peer-reviewed journal covering the full breadth of structural engineering research.
Combining the depth of structural engineering research activity from within the Institution's membership, contributions from non-member world-leading researchers and Elsevier's track record in publishing innovation,
aspires to quickly become a high-impact journal of choice for researchers in the field.
seeks to emphasise the applicability of its research articles to current and future practice; making research findings both relevant and available to the widest possible audience.
The new journal will be led by Editor-in-Chief; Professor
(Imperial College London) and supported by a world-class editorial board. Day-to-day publishing support will be provided by both the Institution and Elsevier.
Papers are accepted from, but not limited, to the following subject areas: structural engineering; materials; structural design; construction engineering; structural innovation; extreme events; sustainability; architectural topics (that impact structural performance) and other related areas.
