Pinnacle Financial Partners Announces 1Q14 Dividend

Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an $0.08 per share cash dividend to be paid on Feb. 28, 2014 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 7, 2014.

The amount and timing of all future dividend payments will be subject to the discretion of Pinnacle’s Board of Directors.

The firm began operations in a single downtown Nashville location in October 2000 and has since grown to $5.6 billion in assets at Dec. 31, 2013.
