EBay Enterprise Caps Landmark Year With 228 Key Client Wins And 139 Renewals And Extensions

eBay Enterprise, the leading global provider of omnichannel solutions, including commerce technologies, order management, retail operations and marketing services for retailers and brands of all sizes, today announced the company has added 228 premier brands and retailers in 2013.

Among the companies leveraging eBay Enterprise’s industry-leading technologies, solutions and services are Sony, Spanx, New York & Company, Mothercare, and Raptor Sports Properties.

Current clients also added new services from across the eBay Enterprise portfolio to strengthen their marketing and demand generation efforts, streamline their business and increase customer loyalty. “With eBay Enterprise, we’re able to engage our customers throughout the entire purchase path,” said Chris Mastrangelo, COO, Karmaloop. “We’ve experienced great success with their fulfillment services and have engaged with the eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions teams for usability, analytics, user experience strategy and creative to support optimizing our site experience and drive greater conversion. This announcement comes at the end of a transformational year for eBay Enterprise.
  • In June, the company formerly known as GSI Commerce became eBay Enterprise to better reflect eBay’s commitment to becoming the partner of choice for retailers and brands.
  • In July, the organization launched its Marketing Solutions organization, integrating the company’s agency services and marketing product offerings to create one holistic solution to engage, convert and retain omnichannel consumers.
  • eBay Enterprise recently introduced its new suite of modular commerce technologies, offering retailers an industry-leading set of solutions to build, manage, and optimize a seamless shopping experience for consumers.
  • In November, the company announced that Magento would become a part of the business unit bringing forward unparalleled scalability, flexibility and customization to multi-channel retailers including Rebecca Minkoff and TOMS.

eBay Enterprise and Magento will be showcasing their technology solutions for thriving merchants at the National Retail Federation Big Show 2014 Jan. 12-15, 2014 in New York City at the Jacob K. Javitz Convention Center. NRF Big Show attendees can find eBay Enterprise and Magento at booth #4245 and @ eBayEnterprise and @ magento. Magento’s Ben Pressley, head of enterprise strategy and business development, and eBay Enterprise’s John Sheldon, global head of strategy, will both be participating in a panel discussion titled, “Redefining the Customer Experience Gives a Whole New Meaning to Window Shopping” on the Expo Stage (Level 1) from 2:15 – 3:00 p.m. ET on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014.
