Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that it has entered into a second amended and restated credit agreement with a syndicate of lenders that provides for a $1.5 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility that matures in January 2019. This restates its existing $1.5 billion facility which had been scheduled to mature in September 2016.
