UNION, N.J., Dec. 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Center Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNBC), parent company of Union Center National Bank, ("UCNB"), announces that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share at its Board meeting today.
This dividend declared is for the quarter ending December 31, 2013. The dividend will be distributed on February 3, 2014, to all shareholders of record on January 17, 2014.
