Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons or entities that purchased Turquoise Hill Resources, Ltd., (NYSE: TRQ) common stock between May 14, 2010 and November 8, 2013.

On this news, Turquoise Hill Resources, Ltd., common stock dropped from $4.87 per share on November 7, 2013, to close at $4.09 per share on November 8, 2013. In the aftermath of this revelation, the Company’s stock price has continued to decline.
