iintegra is a recruitment solutions platform designed for enterprise and SMEs to attract acquire and recruit suitable candidates. At the heart of the software is the applicant tracking system (ATS) where the customer can build the recruitment process to suit their needs, The customer can choose stages which might include pre-screening, telephone screening, skill assessments or video interviews, they can communicate via email, sms & mobile push notifications to multiple candidates simultaneously and arrange interviews or rejection letters effortlessly. iintegra is to be integrated with all of the job boards for simple job posting and aggregation to drive traffic to the customers vacancies.
