ServiceNow Wins Techworld Award For Best SaaS Product Of 2013

ServiceNow® (NYSE:NOW), the enterprise IT cloud company, today announced it won the Techworld Award for SaaS Product of the Year. The 9 th annual Techworld award program recognizes the global organizations that achieved the highest level of IT innovation, functionality and usability in 2013.

As one of Europe’s most established IT award programs, the Techworld Awards acknowledge the products and users that have shown innovation on all sides of the IT industry. ServiceNow won based on the impact its solutions have on customers around the world, enabling them to transform IT and business processes through standardization and automation.

The ServiceNow IT Service Automation Suite and Service Automation Platform enable IT transformation by automating and managing IT service relationships across the global enterprise. With ServiceNow, enterprises create a single system of record for IT, automate manual tasks, standardize processes and consolidate legacy systems. Using the ServiceNow platform, customers build and deliver applications that evolve the IT service model for enterprise departments, including HR, legal, facilities, finance, procurement, operations, marketing and others offering services inside or outside the enterprise.
