FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Nov. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) today announced that it has acquired two assets net leased to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Mattress Firm, Inc., respectively. The Goodyear store (d.b.a. Just Tires), located in Berwyn, Illinois, recently executed a new 15-year lease and has operated on-site for over 50 years. The Mattress Firm store, located in Joplin, Missouri, is a new build-to-suit store located on a corner outlot to a Target-anchored shopping center. The aggregate purchase price for the two acquisitions was approximately $3,700,000. The average lease term remaining for the two assets is over 13 years.
