Former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. a partner at the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) announces that KSF has commenced an investigation into Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE: TRMR).
On November 7, 2013, Tremor Video announced its Third Quarter 2013 financial results, reporting that its loss widened to $18.1 million, or 37 cents per share, which translated to a net loss of $0.05 per share—a much wider loss than the net loss of $0.02 per share that Wall Street analysts had expected. The Company also lowered its full-year revenue forecast to a range of $125 million to $126 million from between $133.7 million and $135.7 million. Analysts expect $135 million.
On this news, Tremor Video was downgraded by multiple analysts, and its shares fell drastically, by over 49%.
