Coeur Mining, Inc. (the “Company” or “Coeur”) (NYSE: CDE, TSX: CDM) today announced that it will extend its offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) up to $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7.875% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Outstanding Notes”) for a like principal amount of its new 7.875% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Exchange Notes”). All other terms of the Exchange Offer, as described in the prospectus dated September 30, 2013, remain unchanged.
The Exchange Offer was scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on October 29, 2013. As of this date, tenders of $298,445,000, or 99.5%, of the Outstanding Notes have been received. The Exchange Offer will now expire at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on October 30, 2013 unless further extended by Coeur.
