, regarding infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,767,254, and Civil Action No. 3:12-cv-01104-HU at the United States District Court for the District of
, regarding infringement of U.S. Patent No. 8,158,504. Neither DuPont nor Heraeus has made any admission of liability with respect to such lawsuits, and Heraeus is licensed under the patents at issue in such suits. Other terms of the settlement between the parties are confidential.
