Work Supports Government Project with Argentum Medical. KANSAS CITY, Mo.,
Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- MRIGlobal today announced that it will work with Argentum Medical LLC, which was awarded a
$7.8 million, 24-month contract by the Department of Health and Human Services, Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority.
MRIGlobal will support Argentum Medical by developing comprehensive treatment regimens and models to evaluate the efficacy of antimicrobial burn contact dressings as advanced treatments for wounds caused by chemical threat agents.
The project includes options for additional work in efficacy testing using stringent Good Laboratory Procedures, up to
$16.5 million over a five-year period, if milestones are met.
