, today announced a new partnership with the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS) to directly syndicate home listing data to Trulia’s popular website. With this direct agreement, members of the NALMLS maintain control of their data while knowing listings are being accurately displayed on the Trulia website. With Trulia’s continuous data cycle, information such as property status is updated every 10 minutes, ensuring homebuyers are seeing the most updated listing information when they find these listings on Trulia.
“Over the past few years the proliferation of inaccurate and stale data through third-party sites has been a major concern for our members and their clients,” said Kipp Cooper, CEO of the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® and its subsidiary the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS). “This is why we took the very bold step of discontinuing our previous data feed on September 15th, 2013 and chose to enter into MLS Direct Syndication™ agreements with major third-party sites through the help of our MLS Direct Syndication™ partner Bridge Interactive Group.”

In addition to ensured listing accuracy and prominent display of the Listing Agent for each property, NALMLS members will receive added exposure to Trulia’s audience of 35 million transaction-ready buyers and sellers to help them generate more leads, and will have access to Trulia’s best-in-class tools to help them build their online reputation and run their business more efficiently.
