CACI International Inc (
) announced today a cooperative partnership with No Magic, Inc., a leading global provider of integrated modeling, simulation, and analysis services and solutions, to provide advanced system and software integration services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the federal market. This partnership further expands CACI’s Business System Solutions integration capabilities.
Combining CACI’s model-driven design and implementation (MDDI) approach to software design and integration with No Magic’s Cameo® tool suite accelerates time-to-deploy by creating executable architecture and automating significant steps of the software development cycle. The enabling capabilities of the CACI-No Magic partnership substantially reduce both the risk of schedule overruns and the high cost of software system enhancements. Moreover, the service incorporates full compliance with federal and DoD architecture and data standards, facilitating interoperability of systems across civilian and DoD domains. The service is also applicable to a broad array of federal software-centric systems, from business systems to C4ISR to healthcare.
“The alliance of CACI and No Magic to integrate and leverage CACI’s standards-based, architecture-driven design and implementation methodology and No Magic’s software tools suite creates an unparalleled agile and productive approach to systems integration and addresses head on the risks in complex system integration that federal agencies are too often faced with. We now have the end-to-end tool suite to provide faster, more efficient process improvement and system development, from requirements generation to implementation, for our customers,” said CACI Executive Vice President of the Business Systems Solutions Group, Valerie Lyons.
“I am delighted that CACI and No Magic have expanded our important partnership. Just as our individual solutions have brought advancements to enterprise simulation, the joint integration of CACI’s methodology and No Magic’s Cameo solutions suite will help transform and advance the simulation and modeling technology landscape to a new level,” said Gary Duncanson, President and CEO of No Magic, and member of the Object Management Group’s Board of Directors.
