AT&T Signs $470 Million Deal to Manage MetLife Networks

 

AT&T(T Quote) signed a seven-year agreement worth $470 million to manage MetLife's(MET Quote) telecommunications networks.

AT&T will manage the insurance and financial services provider's voice and wide area networks and provide connectivity to all of MetLife's locations.

In New York Stock Exchange composite trading, shares of AT&T were recently up 63 cents, or 3.1%, to $20.69, while shares of MetLife fell $1.31, or 3.6%, to $35.13.
