My semiannual value level is $40.05, with a weekly pivot at $42.05 and semiannual risky level at $46.51.
Pepsico (PEP) ($82.58) beat its EPS estimate by 7 cents, earning $1.24 as share. The buy-rated bottler of Pepsi soft drinks and maker of Frito Lay snacks popped to $82.62 on Thursday. My annual value level is $79.02, with a weekly pivot at $80.35 and semiannual risky level at $84.27.(PNC) ($74.68) beat EPS estimates by 18 cents, earning $1.79 a share. This hold-rated regional bank opened above its 50-day SMA at $73.53 to a high of $74.77 on Thursday. My weekly value level is $71.60, with a monthly risky level at $79.21.
Sandisk (SNDK) ($68.50) beat EPS estimates by 29 cents, earning $1.51 a share. The stock gapped higher on Thursday, trading up to a multiyear high at $68.55. The hold-rated semiconductor company has a quarterly value level at $61.27, with a monthly pivot at $62.73 and semiannual risky level at $72.05.US Bancorp (USB) ($37.68) matched EPS estimates earning 76 cents a share. The hold-rated regional bank held its 50-day SMA at $36.81 and then rebounded to a day's high at $37.79 on Thursday. The 200-day SMA is $35.13, with a monthly pivot at $37.79 and semiannual risky level at $40.03. (XLNX) ($45.39) missed EPS estimates by 3 cents earning 49 cents a share. The hold-rated semiconductor company gapped below its 50-day SMA at $45.92 on Thursday to a day's low at $44.10. My semiannual is $43.81, with a semiannual pivot at $45.52 and monthly and quarterly risky levels at $47.38 and at $48.75. Yahoo! Inc (YHOO) ($32.74) beat EPS estimates by a penny, earning 28 cents a share. The hold-rated tech stock opened higher on Wednesday but turned down on Thursday to a day's low at $32.31 versus Wednesday's high at $34.11. My quarterly value level is $30.84, with monthly and weekly risky levels at $34.27 and $34.95.
