The Sedona model will open in The Crossings at Twin Creeks with homes starting from the $370’s and the Malibu model will open in The Bluffs at Twin Creeks with homes starting from the $490’s. The twelve brand new floor plans in Twin Creeks offer walkout lower levels, multiple covered exterior living spaces, as well as standard game and media rooms. Select homes in this community will be built into the side of a bluff, which opens up to the 800-acre Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge.
