In fact, Fairway Kosher caters to parties from five to 500 people and is already the exclusive for Temple Beth Torah on Long Island. Its meat menu features traditional favorites such as triple decker New York deli sandwiches and deli platters with moist or lean pastrami and house cooked tongue.

For birthday and other parties, there are packages with everything from crudites to short rib sliders to mini pastries to three-foot heroes and chicken wings. Breakfast meetings can be more memorable with Texas-style challah French toast, blintzes and quiche.
