The complaint alleges that during the Class Period the Company made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: a) the Company was in violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”); b) the Company lacked effective internal controls over its financial reporting; and c) as a result of the aforementioned, the Company’s statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
