("Premier Royalty"). The resolution approving the Acquisition was approved by 99.95% of the votes cast by Premier Royalty shareholders at a special meeting held on September 30, 2013. A Final Order approving the Acquisition was granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on October 3, 2013.
With the acquisition of Premier Royalty, Sandstorm has a cash balance of over $90 million and a portfolio of 9 gold streams and 25 gold royalties, 13 of which are producing gold.
