i2 Office, the UK's second largest Grade A serviced office provider, is pleased to announce that its new business centre has opened today on the 5 th floor at 99 Bishopsgate. Further space will be available for clients on the 1 st floor from the beginning of November 2013.
i2 signed the lease at the landmark building with Brookfield Office Properties, the leading global office property company, earlier in the summer and now has 20 centres available for clients around the UK, with 10 in central London.
This new business centre for i2 comprises 33,000 sqft and includes the entire first and fifth floors of the building. The offices on the 5 th floor enjoy the unique feature of looking out onto 8,000 sqft of newly landscaped roof terrace.The property, two blocks from Liverpool Street Station and adjacent to Brookfield's major development site at 100 Bishopsgate, has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to the entrance, reception and outdoor spaces.
