(TSX-V: GET, "Georgetown" or the "Company"), announces that it is pursuing a non-brokered private placement of up to
which will consist of up to 4.0 million common shares of the Company at a price of CAD
per share (the "Offering"). The shares under the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period in
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to pursue mineral property acquisition opportunities in
and across Eurasia. The Company is currently in discussions and carrying out due diligence with a number of parties in that area but has yet to sign any definitive agreements.
The Company may pay finder's fees on the Offering in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
Closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or before
October 26th, 2013
and is subject to customary closing conditions including, but not limited to the negotiation, execution of definitive placement agreements and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
