Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY), announced today that its limited partnership subsidiary, Liberty Property Limited Partnership, has priced a
$450 million offering of 4.40% senior unsecured notes under its existing shelf registration statement. The notes are due
February 15, 2024. The offering is expected to close on
September 27, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. The proceeds will be used to fund a portion of the cash consideration payable in the Company's pending acquisition of the outstanding general and limited partnership interests of the Cabot Industrial Value Fund III Operating Partnership, L.P.
