As a result of the certification, dealers can more efficiently track and report sales and service progress in real-time through the direct push and pull of historical data, customer information, service repair orders, and sales promotions between Dealer.com's CRM product and ADP's Dealer Management Software (DMS).

The certification covers existing functionality of Dealer.com's CRM and anticipates future features, including the ability to push current client deals into the ADP DMS. This particular functionality leverages the Dealer.com Pencil Tool, which allows dealers to present payment options instantly by simply entering a vehicle's selling price. Pushing current sales deals from the Pencil Tool to ADP's DMS enables dealers to better track the success of their promotions and revenues.
