named Pinnacle Financial Partners one of the best workplaces in the United States on its 2013 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, published online today in
Pinnacle ranked No. 5 out of 25 on the medium-sized list, which recognizes companies that have exceptional workplace cultures. Now in its 10th year, the competition is divided into two categories: small (50-250 employees) and medium (251-999 employees).
This is the second consecutive year Pinnacle has earned a spot on the list.

Pinnacle was selected among hundreds of great places to work across the country. Applicant companies opt to participate in the selection process, which includes an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about benefits programs and company practices. Great Place to Work
evaluates each application using its unique methodology based on five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
