(NASDAQ: FFIV) today announced that it has agreed to acquire Versafe Ltd., a provider of web anti-fraud, anti-phishing, and anti-malware solutions. Versafe
advanced web and mobile protection solutions combined with its Security Operations Center (“SOC”) will provide greater breadth to F5’s existing security solutions.
