season. In its first ever partnership with the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, HSNi, through its philanthropic arm HSNi Cares, will help raise awareness and funds as a national sponsor for the 63
annual Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign.

Special Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF online stores have been established on Chasing-Fireflies.com, Grandinroad.com and HSN.com where consumers can purchase all of their
essentials and decorating accessories for any Fall entertaining occasion. When customers purchase items found in one of the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF stores, HSNi will donate a minimum of 10% of the purchase price to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.
