United Silver Corp. Sets Date Of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
United Silver Corp. (“United Silver Corp.”, the “Company”, or “USC”: TSX; USC: OTC; USCZF: Frankfurt: UM8) announces that it has now set the date of its annual shareholders’ meeting for Friday, November 1, 2013. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at September 24 th, 2013.
The Notice of Meeting providing the exact time and location of the meeting, as well as matters to be considered, and the Management Information Circular, will be mailed to the shareholders on or before October 9, 2013 and the proxy material will be filed on SEDAR by no later than October 9 th, 2013.
