BALTIMORE, Aug. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Nexion Health, Inc. (Nexion), a leading long-term care organization selected Daylight IQ™, the COMS Interactive (Clinical Outcomes Management System or COMS) product suite, as a key component of the organization's disease management program. The Nexion team is deploying Daylight IQ™ at their 39 skilled nursing facilities located in Colorado, Louisiana and Texas, starting with an initial implementation of 10 facilities.
