Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) continues to earn recognition as a leading cloud-based
talent management software provider from
top industry analyst firms, the company announced today. For the third year in a row, Cornerstone has been named a “Leader” in IDC’s Integrated Talent Management 2013 MarketScape report
1, as well as a “Leader” in IDC’s 2013 MarketScape reports for Performance
2 and Learning.
Cornerstone also was named a “Major Player” in IDC’s 2013 MarketScape reports for Recruiting
4 and Compensation.
“With strong functional capabilities, true multi-tenant SaaS for scalability, and solid customer references, Cornerstone OnDemand is once again a Leader in this analysis. Strengths include very high scores in customer service, depth of capability of individual modules, cost appropriateness, and timeliness of releases,” Lisa Rowan, program director of HR, learning and talent strategies for IDC, states in the 2013 Integrated Talent Management MarketScape report.
IDC’s report also notes that with market consolidation and maturity, and gaps in traditional talent functionality closing, attributes such as quality of customer service and product innovation in the areas of mobile, social and analytics will become even more essential factors in differentiation among vendors.
