The joint presentation titled “How Big Data is Transforming Security” will address how new, more advanced software is transforming security intelligence at organizations around the world. The security keynote is scheduled for Tuesday, October 1 at 1:45 p.m. PT.
Winter, drawing upon his 27 years at NSA and current role as managing director working with former DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff, will address the technological revolution within industries and governments, while Sommer will outline how Splunk software empowers organizations to address the complex challenges identified by Winter.
