Winners were chosen based on an employee-survey conducted by Quantum Market Research, and the Triangle Business Journal will honor these companies at an awards banquet taking place on October 3, 2013. At the awards event, the top-ranked businesses—based on the highest marks from the survey results—will be recognized based on company size: small, medium, large and giant.
