(the "Company") (NYSE:STAG), a company focused on the acquisition, ownership, and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the increase in the frequency of the Company's common dividend payment from quarterly to monthly.

The planned schedule for the Company's monthly dividends, commencing in the fourth quarter, will be a record date of the last day of each month and payable on the fifteenth of each following month (or the next business day thereafter).
