UBS AG Amends Four Of Its ETRACS ETNs

UBS AG announces that it has executed a supplemental indenture with U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee, in order to amend the definition of “Call Settlement Date” in the following UBS AG ETRACS (the “Securities”):
