China, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2013 of
US$0.025 per common share, or
US$0.05 per American Depositary Share (ADS), which will be payable on
August 30, 2013 to shareholders of record as of
August 16, 2013.
