KB Home (NYSE: KBH), one of the nation’s largest and most recognized homebuilders, today announced plans to grand open four new home communities in California’s Inland Empire region during the first weekend of August. The optimally located new neighborhoods are the result of the extensive growth initiatives KB Home has pursued across its operations nationwide, including in California, where the company delivers more homes annually than any other builder.
KB Home’s Cantata at The Preserve in Chino, Parkside in Ontario, The Pinnacle at Roripaugh Ranch in Temecula and Sequoia at Monument Park in Perris will join more than a dozen KB Home communities already open for new home sales in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
“Choosing your community location is an important component of KB Home’s Built to Order homebuying experience, and with the addition of these four new neighborhoods, we’re offering local home shoppers even more options to own a brand new KB home in amenity-rich communities,” said Chris Haines, president of KB Home’s Inland Empire division. “We have carefully planned each of these new communities to appeal to a variety of homebuyers at different stages of life in areas where we expect the option to build a near-custom home will be a welcome alternative to the bidding wars that have frustrated resale home shoppers throughout the Inland Empire.”
KB Home’s Cantata at The Preserve in Chino will offer two-story homes ranging from 2,880 to 3,097 square feet, with up to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and two-car garages. The master-planned community boasts a private recreation center that includes a 2,600 square foot gym, junior-sized Olympic pool, movie theatre, ballroom, and two spas, among other amenities.
KB Home’s gated Parkside community in Ontario also features a recreation center along with pools and walking trails, in a prime location close to I-10, I-15, Metrolink stations and the Ontario International airport for commuters who frequently travel both near and far. Next door to the beautiful Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park and the Citizens Business Bank Arena, residents at Parkside can enjoy plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. The eight two-story floor plans available at Parkside in Ontario range in size from 1,865 to 2,956 square feet.
