DALLAS, July 31, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. CEO George Jones and Keith Cargill, President and CEO of Texas Capital Bank and COO of Texas Capital Bancshares, today jointly announced additional promotions in its planned succession for the retirement of George Jones at the end of 2013.
Peter Bartholow will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Texas Capital Bank effective immediately and will continue to perform his existing role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. He will remain a Director of the Board for Texas Capital Bank, Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. and BankDirect Capital Finance.
Vince Ackerson has been named President, Texas and Chief Lending Officer of Texas Capital Bank. In his role as Texas President, he will acquire the new responsibility of supervising all regional leadership and oversight of Treasury Management. Ackerson will also assume the duties of the Chief Lending Officer for the bank and maintain supervision of Mortgage Finance.Julie Anderson has been named Chief Financial Officer , Texas Capital Bank. Anderson will assume the duties of CFO for the bank, which include management of Financial Planning and Funds Management. She will continue to perform the duties of her existing role as manager of all accounting and external financial reporting as Controller of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. Russell Hartsfield has been named President, Dallas Region. His new responsibilities will include management of Real Estate and Commercial Banking. Hartsfield will continue to oversee Corporate Banking, Lender Finance and Leasing for the Dallas region.
