Mercer, a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement and investments, and Pinnacle HR Consulting Services, a leader in providing affirmative action planning solutions, announced today at the National Industry Liaison Group annual conference in Indianapolis that the two firms will collaborate to provide clients with access to end-to end diversity and compliance related consulting services. This collaboration will enable both Mercer and Pinnacle to provide access to a comprehensive suite of Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) services, from plan development through proactive assessment, including compensation analysis.
Mercer is an industry leader in the areas of workforce analytics and compensation, with specialized expertise in workforce planning, diversity, and pay equity assessment. Given the increased emphasis by regulatory agencies on compensation fairness as well as the continued high-level risk of related litigation, clients can leverage Mercer’s proven regression-based approach and its Pay Equity Calculator TM tool and obtain proactive, enterprise-wide assessments of pay equity and associated remediation processes.
Pinnacle provides a wide array of compliance consulting services, including an outsourced AAP solution, support for Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) reviews, and consulting services related to implementing a compliant recruitment process. By engaging these services of Pinnacle to complement the services provided by Mercer, clients have access to a complete, robust AAP solution.
