Prior to Univar, he was an attorney in the securities & corporate law group at Starbucks Corporation and practiced corporate law at K&L Gates LLP. He received a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the

She has been a securities lawyer since 1986, focusing on corporate securities and finance, compliance with securities laws, public disclosure, mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, corporate law, and contract law. Prior to joining Weyerhaeuser, Grace was vice president and associate counsel at Washington Mutual Bank, a securities and finance lawyer with Perkins Coie LLP, and served as administrative law clerk to Judge
Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Grace received a Juris Doctorate from the
