Allison Transmission Schedules Second Quarter 2013 Results Conference Call For July 29

INDIANAPOLIS, July 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --  Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN), the largest global provider of commercial duty fully-automatic transmissions and hybrid-propulsion systems, will hold its second quarter 2013 results conference call at 4:30 p.m. EDT on Monday, July 29. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Lawrence E. Dewey, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer David S. Graziosi will review the company's financial performance for the period.
