. Ambassador Kirk currently serves as Senior Of Counsel in the
offices of the global law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

From 2009-2013, he served as a member of President Obama's cabinet as USTR, where he was responsible for the development and oversight of U.S. trade policy and served as principal trade advisor, negotiator and spokesperson on all trade issues. Prior to becoming USTR, Ambassador Kirk was a partner at the global law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where his practice focused on public finance and public policy. Earlier, he served as mayor of
