area, "The Backyard" on

"The Backyard" will be open for dinner Thursdays through Sundays from
. It has its own entrance through an unmarked door and provides guests with the opportunity to "peek" at the restaurant's kitchen on the way to the dining area.
Complete with its own chef and private server, the "Backyard" offers its own unique fare. Encased within hardwood charcoal, suckling pig, baby lamb and whole pork shoulder are roasted to perfection and served right before guests. Christos' prime beef is also available. When guests arrive they are treated to hors d'oeuvres prepared to order by a private chef.
Some of the available appetizers include: Grilled Calamari, Blue Point Oysters with Cucumber Mignonette, Prime Beef Sliders, Grilled Gulf Shrimp, and Grilled Haloumi Cheese. Also included is a choice of salads such as, Baby Arugula with Smoked Feta Cheese, Beefsteak Tomato Salad and Organic Bibb Lettuce Salad. All meats are accompanied with vegetable sides.
Christos Steak House specializes in prime dry aged beef. It work directly with only prime meat purveyors ensuring that high standards are met. Once the meat arrives, it is placed in Christos' dry aging room on premises and aged for 21 days.
