(NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate company, today announced it has fully leased DCT Commerce Center at Pan American West, a DCT development project in the Airport West submarket, completed in April 2013. The Company experienced strong tenant demand, with 82 percent of the project pre-leased prior to the completion of construction. In the second quarter of 2013, the Company signed two leases for the remaining square footage, bringing the 334,000 square foot, two-building project to 100 percent leased.
