Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) announced today that its Tetra Tech EC operating unit was awarded the $100 million U.S. Navy Unrestricted Remedial Action Contract (RAC) VI for environmental remediation services at various Department of Defense (DoD) installations in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and other installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic area of responsibility. This is the fourth consecutive time that Tetra Tech EC has been selected for this contract. The single award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is a cost-plus award fee contract with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods.
The RAC VI is expected to focus on environmental services to meet the U.S. Navy’s remedial action needs at active and closed bases. Tetra Tech EC will perform removal actions, expedited and emergency response actions, pilot and treatability studies, facilities operation and maintenance, and other related activities to support NAVFAC Southwest.
