Grizzard Communications Group announced today that the fundraising agency has hired Sheryl Larson as Vice President Media. Larson brings more than 22 years of extensive fundraising media agency experience for major national nonprofit organizations to the agency.
Larson will focus on developing new digital and multi-channel media strategies for Grizzard clients to help boost fundraising revenue, expand acquisition, enhance retention and reach new generations of donors. She was selected for her industry expertise in integrated marketing and cross-channel strategies, as well as her vertical marketing experience for syndicated programs.

Larson has worked in a wide variety of media roles, including media manager, donor analytics director and strategic development director. In her recent position as Vice President Targeted Media at Russ Reid, she maximized messaging and donor expansion through digital fundraising strategy development and media campaign execution. She was responsible for managing buying group activities, refining acquisition models, as well as managing an extensive staff and serving in a leadership capacity on the executive committee.She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and attended San Diego State University.
