Mr. Feldman, who has extensive experience in the franchising industry, retail sales, corporate finance and accounting, and strategic planning, most recently served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Midas, Inc. from

until May 2006. From 1994 through 2002, Mr. Feldman held senior management posts at
