Utilizing the Agilis platform, Neustar provides analytics that help Communications Service Providers (CSPs) manage opportunity and risk throughout the customer lifecycle of their subscribers, while delivering greater margin visibility on their operations.
In 2012, Neustar customers created and analyzed nearly 1.5 million customer cases, resulting in customers averting losses of
$100 million. In addition, year-over-year average collected revenue increased 43% in 2012 for Neustar customers utilizing the platform, and this figure is on pace to exceed 2012 by 49%.
