Avery Dennison announced today that “Generation,” the University of Michigan’s 2013 solar car, features an Avery Dennison vehicle wrap film. Generation, revealed to the public on June 18, will compete in the 2013 World Solar Challenge, a solar-powered car race which covers 3021 km through the Australian Outback October 6 – 13.

We're looking forward to racing Generation in the World Solar Challenge this October."
, a full service graphics provider from Indiana, created and installed the vehicle wrap for Generation. More than 700 square feet of Avery Dennison® MPI 1005 Supercast Easy Apply™ film was digitally printed and protected with DOL 1360 Gloss overlaminate. Several support vehicles were also marked with University of Michigan and solar car decals.
